He was born on June 21, 1905 in the Basque county.
June 21 is also the feast of St. Aloysius Gonzaga, S.J.
St. Ignatius Loyola was likewise a Basque.
St. Ignatius founded the Society of Jesus or S.J.
Both Aloysius were devoted to Our Blessed Mother.
Fr. Aloysius and St. Aloysius were noted for their purity.
Only the pure of heart will see God.
Let us commend ourselves to St. Aloysius and to Fr. Aloysius.
They are both special guardians in matters of chastity.
