This is helpful. The Claretians want to be sure there is clear evidence of popular support, even a ground swell. If there is continued and ongoing movement among the laity, something organized and focused, "we will support efforts to further a cause of beatification."
One way to read the above:
=> Provide us (the Claretians) with
the EASY BUTTON (people and money)
and "we will support efforts..."
So...
