"The Mystical City of God"
One of Father Aloysius' favorite books which fosters contemplative prayer is "The Mystical City of God" written by Venerable Mary of Agreda. This clip speaks from a scholarly point of view. The book is a tremendous and powerful work. Father Aloysius recommended this book in a letter written in 1971 along with the work, "The Secret of the Rosary" by de Montfort.
